One of his more remarkable accomplishments was as a member of the team that secured the lease transaction for the Starbucks Flagship Roastery on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, which is the largest single Starbucks location in the world. He worked diligently with clients to negotiate purchases, leases, renewals, lease extensions, and relocations. There, he exclusively represented many notable retailers such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Marathon Petroleum (Speedway), Tao Group Hospitality, Foss Swim School, Blaze Pizza, PDQ, Mario Tricoci, MedSpring (now Midwest Express Clinic), Green Thumb Industries, Avenue, Shopko Optical, and Tide Dry Cleaners. Recently relocated from Chicago, he worked with Baum Realty Group as a managing director. With a reputation of being a national retail specialist, Will joins SRS with 21 years of experience representing both established and emerging brands in their national, regional, and new market roll-out plans.
